Extra terms, on top of the Terms of service, for agencies, developers and other organisations using Hausi.
These terms apply to any legal entity with an organisation account on Hausi (the “Organisation”) and its member staff, and supplement the Terms of service. Anything not covered here is governed by the Terms of service.
The person who opens the account confirms they are authorised to bind the Organisation.
The Organisation must give accurate details of its state registration and any licence its activity requires, and keep them valid. If one lapses or is revoked, tell us within 5 business days.
The “Verified agency” badge reflects the document check we ran; Hausi does not vouch for the quality of the Organisation’s services.
The Organisation invites members and sets their roles, and is responsible for what they do on Hausi. Remove a member promptly when they leave.
Each member uses their own personal account; shared logins are prohibited.
A plan grants an active-listing quota, Featured credits and other features for the paid period. Price and contents are shown when you order.
The quota belongs to the Organisation and is shared by its agents. When a plan ends, listings above the remaining quota are paused.
An early renewal starts when the current period ends. Payment and refunds follow the Payments and refunds policy.
Where the Organisation stores or uses lead and client data outside Hausi, it is the party responsible for that data under the Law on Personal Data Protection.
Lead data is used only to deal with the person about the listing they asked about. Unsolicited marketing, selling or passing it on is prohibited.
The Organisation must not:
The Organisation can cancel its plan at any time and keeps it until the paid period ends. We may suspend or close an organisation account for a serious breach of these terms or when its licence is revoked. Questions: legal@hausi.mn.
